I worked with Simone over a period of four months, following a diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. My weight felt out of control, and I was exhausted and struggling to function. Simone is caring, empathetic, and was a wonderful partner in helping me better understand my relationship with food, and charting a path forward that resulted in sustained progress towards my health goals. For years I have tried to lose weight. I tried multiple different services, whether it be Weight Watchers or seeing a nutritionist.
