Statement on Inclusivity

When I started my practice I wanted to build a place where people of all backgrounds could come and feel supported. To provide counseling without judgement - regardless of body size, food habits, race, gender, orientation, or religion. In a world filled with stereotypes and inequality, where diet culture permeates our lives, it’s hard not to feel judged at some point. I offer a judgement-free zone where clients are free to share their self-doubt, hidden habits, and insecurities in a space that is both kind and constructive. I value diversity in my clientele because this is where I can help those who need it most, and in turn where I learn the most from my clients and become a more versatile dietitian.

If you’ve ever felt discriminated against for being YOU - however subtly or overtly in a food or healthcare setting, I offer freedom from that. You deserve better. Let’s see what happens when racism, judgement, and inequality are not the norm.
